If I could rate this tax office lower I would. I filed my taxes here earlier this year of 2025. That lady Andrea messed up on my taxes horribly which has caused tremendous issues with CRA. I went back to her asking her to help resolve this problem which she filed improperly after charging me $200.00 to filled my taxes but she just dismissed me out of the office. Liberty tax office is a ripoff they only want your money and then to hell with you. Today I am left dealing with a horrible situation that they created. I do not recommend this tax office to anyone. Very incapable.

This is the best accountant I have ever worked with.  Andrea Chetram is knowledgeable, engaging and treats me with respect.  She explains everything thoroughly and always has my best interest as her primary objective. Thank you!
