First, I don't do reviews. This is the exception that proves the rule. After I was having problems with a CRA request that my normal tax preparer was no help with, Donna (sp?) at Liberty Tax Metrotown completely sorted things out, going above & beyond imho, and with great patience and charm.
They'll get all my tax business in future.
