We have done business with Liberty Tax in Calgary for years and it has been great. We went to Liberty Tax in Medicine Hat and the business was awful. The receptionist was wonderful. But the person doing our taxes didn't seem very friendly. No Happy bone in their body. Seemed like they were in a hurry to get through it left me with a feeling of weather I got my Taxes done right or not. I was telling this person that Liberty Taxes has a bill saying that i owe them but i paid it in 2014 but it always comes up on my file that i had not. Just to let you know when you pull up my file. The person was snippy with me because they didn't understand what I was talking about and told me to call Calgary where i did my taxes in 2014 they said it was up to them to fix it i said ok. When the individual was done  with our Taxes they seemed to hurry us out the door it seemed they had other plans or far more important future engagements. i felt really mistreated. I phoned Calgary Liberty Tax. They were just as rude. when I asked how i could get this removed from my file because last year we did taxes there. They were so rude and no help they said i have no idea we just except the payments it is not up to us to remove it. Your going to have to take it up with the store that you owe. I said perfect can I get the number to the store. They said I am going to have to call you back can I get your number. Yes gave them the number never got a call back. So never dealing with Liberty Taxes anywhere anymore.
